Youwill play an integral part of the Hotel Leadership Team and are a role model for excellence in service delivery at our Hotel. Day to day, you will oversee all aspects of Hotel operations on shift to deliver a unique guest experience. Your passion for driving performance and engagement will be evident through your commitment to providing quality coaching and development opportunities for your team. *As the Hotel's Food & Beverage outlets are managed independently from the Hotel, there will be no F&B component to this role, with the exception of room service delivery to our guests.
There are a few essential requirements for this role such as the ability to work across a rotating 7 day roster, including early mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays, current First Aid, CPR, RMLV & RSA qualifications and an open manual driver's license without restriction. You must also have full unrestricted working rights.
