We're looking for a Hotel Operations Manager at Fraser Suites Perth.

Reporting to a multi-hotel General Manager
- You will champion service delivery by working with our operational managers (Engineering and Front Office) and our service providers (Housekeeping and F&B) on service standards, service delivery and training
- You will actively analyse and refine our operations and challenge the status quo by providing insight and analysis
- You will contribute to maximising our capital expenditure to maintain our property standards at the highest level
- You will be project managing improvement of systems and our businesses commitment to sustainability, and work with external parties on property improvements and maintenance.
- You will part of an Executive team that supports, inspires and develop our team across business operations in keeping with our businesses core values of Respect, Collaboration, Being Real and continuously Progressive
- You will be the responsible person for ensuring Hotel Security, Data security, and Guest Services comply with policy and procedures and records are maintained.

We are looking for someone that has experience leading and developing teams in a hotel environment, with exposure to Capital Budgets and Tendering processes.
In order to hit the ground running you will have:
- Prior experience in hitting and driving top line revenue and bottom line profit across all hotel operational areas
- Proven experience leading a team in a medium to large 4 – 5 star hotel
- Experience initiating capital projects and driving stage completions and reporting.
- Broad understanding of the operational components of each area of the Hotel, financial reporting and budgeting skills, experience in general human resources management and customer service.
- Abilty to lead the business in the absence of General Manager.
- The flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidays across a seven day roster.
