Role Overview:
As Hotel Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of hotel accommodation operations to ensure an unparalleled guest experience. You will lead a talented team, drive exceptional customer service, and uphold the high standards that define BEST WESTERN PLUS HOTEL LORD FORREST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to all departments within the hotel.
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and guest experience.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and the local community.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in hotel management with the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and a passion for delivering top-notch guest experiences.
- Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Opera Cloud experience would be advantageous.
