As one of the first points of contact, you be responsible for:
- The check-in and check-out of hotel guests, maintaining guest accounts, taking reservations, answering all calls, and assisting with all guest requests
- Driving revenue targets by effectively upselling to guests
- Excelling in guest communication
- Ensuring that all guests feel welcome and comfortable.
