As part of the team you will demonstrate a keen interest in delivering a high level of customer service and share great local knowledge of our precinct to assist our guests.  Preferably, a background in luxury hospitality would provide an advantage but not mandatory. 

We’re seeking people with warm and welcoming personalities, a passion for customer service and ability to create surprising and memorable experiences for our guests.

We are seeking candidates that are immaculately groomed and can work a rotating roster including AM, PM, weekend shifts and public holidays. 

Overview

Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements. Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors.

Experience

Minimum two years experience as a receptionist or in a supervisory role within a luxury hospitality setting. We are happy to look at candidates with varying experience.

Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy; prioritise, organize, and follow-up; be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment; follow directions thoroughly; understand a guest’s service needs; work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team; work with minimal supervision; maintain the confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.

Technical Skills

Ability to input and access information in the property management system/computers.
