The Role
At Infin8 care, the Team Leader of Hotel Services is plays avital role in the delivery of quality housekeeping and cleaning services which focus on infection control and ensure a safe and healthy living environment for residents.
We are currently seeking expressions of interest in our Adelaide region and surrounds.
Reporting to the Facility Manager, this position works alongside and is responsible for supervising cleaning and laundry staff to ensure high standards are maintained. As part of your role, you will review processes, identify improvement opportunities, complete audits and provide feedback to facility management as well as coach, mentor and train team members Aged Care Facilities Adelaide South Australia | Infinite Care (infin8care.com.au)
About You
Compassionate, with a customer service mindset, you have leadership qualities and strong communication and problem-solving skills. You build supportive relationships and strive to ensure your team delivers the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
We hire on attitude and aptitude, so you DO NOT need experience in the aged care sector, you do however need to be aligned with our philosophy and values and be able to demonstrate previous leadership / supervisory experience in a similar environment as well as
- Diploma in Hotel Management or Commercial cookery certificate IV is desirable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Monitor and control Hotel Services supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient use and timely replenishment.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new hotel service staff.
- Must have a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
- Right to work in Australia essential.
