Role Overview:

We are searching for someone to lead our food services and housekeeping teams across multiple aged care sites. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a great client experience, aligning with policies and regulations, and creating an exceptional living environment for our residents. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise staff in food services, housekeeping, and utilities.
- Manage resources effectively to achieve goals within budget.
- Ensure budget and HR compliance while managing rosters.
- Base decisions for Hotel Services on evidence.
- Assist in creating new menus to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Work with the Residential Operations Managers to maintain quality care.
- Promote a team-oriented approach to service.
- Coach and train staff to improve skills and plan for future roles.
Skills & Experience:
- Food Safety Supervisor qualification within the last 3 years.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience as a chef in a similar role.
- Essential: Current DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Clearance.
- Leadership and management skills: recruitment, performance management, change management, training, and team building.
- Finance management experience.
- Extensive knowledge of legislative regulations, especially OHS&W and food/laundry services.
