You will have experience as a Hotel Front Office Manager, Reservations Manager or Revenue Manager where you have acquired a high level of proficiency using property management systems in detailed financial reporting.
The position requires competencies based around inbound contact from clients, facilitating technical support and ability to assist customers utilising the property management system (experience with RMS, Opera etc). Clients will be able to trust the knowledge and customer service ability you possess when reaching out for support and assistance. You will have a key interest in technology, keen to grow your career with a global player & have the agility to be available when required!
