Essential Requirements:
- 3+ years in a Venue Manager role, overseeing all areas and conducting staff meetings
- Hands-on leadership style, leading by example
- Understanding of venue reporting and systems
- Proven ability to generate revenue-building ideas
- Solid financial understanding of wage costing & P&Ls
- Availability during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
- Proficient in rostering, stocktaking, and investigating stock loss
- Recruitment, training, and performance management experience
- WA Approved Managers and RSA
- Familiarity with Swiftpos and RMS is advantageous
About You:
- Previous GM experience in a similar hotel environment
- Current RSA and Approved Manager Licence
- Competency in profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong communication skills for weekly reporting and direct communication with the Director
- A leader who believes in a strong team culture, ongoing development, and high performance
