Raffles Hotel is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join its already-established team! The position will suit a candidate with outstanding leadership skills and the proven ability to positively impact a team and provide exceptional customer service. We are seeking someone with proven experience managing a multifaceted venue who can problem-solve and thrive in a busy environment.

Essential requirements:
- 2+ years in a Management role
- Experience working in a fast-paced venue
- Proven experience working in functions
- Strong back ground in Food and Beverage focused venue
- Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
- Ability to stock take and investigate the stock loss
- Work with and communicate effectively within a team environment
- Unrestricted Approved Manager Red Card
