Some of the work you can find us applying our attentive eye and skilled craftsmanship to is interior painting, exterior painting, fence painting, feature walls in homes, and many other aspects of residential and commercial painting works.
About the role
As Ellison Painting continues to grow, we are keen to employ dedicated Painters to join our caring and professional team. This position is for full time hours, working Monday to Friday.

As a Painter you are responsible for undertaking all tasks necessary to complete painting projects to a high quality, professional standard. At times you will work alongside Luke, and other Ellison Painters, so a friendly, collaborative and courteous attitude is a winning one. At other times, you will be working independently, so a high level of initiative, attention to detail, time management and problem solving skills are required.
Your job responsibilities as a Painter include the following:
- Cleaning and preparing surfaces for painting
- Applying different paint products by brush, roller and spray
- Communicating with customers and project managerwho
- Ordering and picking up paint and materials
- Maintaining a clean and orderly worksite (and trailer, where applicable)
- Other duties as required to ensure smooth operation of painting projects

➡️ Connecting with each customer to ensure you fully understand their requirements and provide high quality finishes

About you
To be successful in this role, you must be:
- Either a fully qualified painter with recent experience in residential painting or a highly experienced residential painter who can complete jobs the Ellison Painting standard
- Have a driver's licence and ability to get yourself to and from job sites
- Drive a car that can tow a work trailer (desirable but not required)
- Someone who is professional, honest and reliable
- A person who has the initiative to complete tasks independently whilst working effectively within a team
- Someone with a positive growth mindset and who genuinely cares about our customers and the quality of work they complete
