What We're Looking For:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in resident suites and common areas.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and rubbish removal.
- Ensure a safe and sanitary environment for residents.
- Work across flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and on-call.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety standards.
- Exhibit empathy and genuine care for each resident.
- Collaborate with the team and follow established procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably within Aged Care or health care environments.
- Understanding of the role cleaning chemicals play in elderly health.
- Excellent hygiene standards and attention to detail.
- Current flu vaccination 2024.
- COVID vaccinations X 3.
- Current National Police Certificate for unsupervised contact/vulnerable groups (less than 12 months old).
- NDIS clearance is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work unsupervised and follow procedures strictly.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for client interactions.
