What this role involves:
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders to ensure full compliance with client & Cater Care SHE policies, systems and procedures
- KPI reporting and analysis
- Provide technical advice and support to the business for all SHE related matters
- Ensure Standard Work Instructions and Site Operational Risk Assessments are implemented and complied with at all workplace sites
- Maintain database records and generate reports
You will possess the following to be successful in this role:
- Previous experience working within contract catering desired
- Possess a formal SHE qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility – ability to adapt to busy/changing conditions
- Sound computer program experience with Excel, Word and Google Suite
- Experience with SHE recording/analytics packages
- OH&S working knowledge and certification
- Environmental working knowledge
- Strong customer service focus
- Facilitation and presentation skills
- A manual drivers’ license is preferred
