Safety Health & Environment Advisor

What this role involves:

• Establish relationships with key stakeholders to ensure full compliance with client & Cater Care SHE policies, systems and procedures
• KPI reporting and analysis
• Provide technical advice and support to the business for all SHE related matters
• Ensure Standard Work Instructions and Site Operational Risk Assessments are implemented and complied with at all workplace sites
• Maintain database records and generate reports

You will possess the following to be successful in this role:

• Previous experience working within contract catering desired 
• Possess a formal SHE qualification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility – ability to adapt to busy/changing conditions
• Sound computer program experience with Excel, Word and Google Suite
• Experience with SHE recording/analytics packages
• OH&S working knowledge and certification
• Environmental working knowledge
• Strong customer service focus
• Facilitation and presentation skills
• A manual drivers’ license is preferred
