As a Care Partner servicing clients in the Margaret River area, you will enable our clients to live their best possible life, supporting them to live independently at home and doing the things they love by helping them with everyday activities such as (but not limited to):

  • Support and assistance with personal care such as showering and dressing
  • Household cleaning and laundry
  • Meal preparation
  • Providing respite for carers
  • Transport to and from appointments/shops
  • Social support
  • Assisting with complex care needs

What do we need from you?

You must be currently residing in Margaret River or immediate surrounds, where our clients live.

The position is Casual, to assist with Saturday morning and mid-afternoon, leave coverage and additional ad-hoc services.  

Opportunities to increase your hours and potential to convert to Part Time as new clients join us for support in the Busselton area.

You will need to be comfortable working on your own in the community, have excellent verbal communication skills and have an empathetic, patient and caring nature.

This role does require you to have a valid driver's licence and own a reliable motor vehicle with a minimum Comprehensive Car Insurance as you need to travel to our clients’ homes.

  • You will be provided with a company mobile phone to access emails, rosters and client care plans
  • It is a requirement you undergo background checks including references and a new police check at no cost to you
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain via Baptistcare at no cost to you
