In this hands-on role you will work closely with our Executive Housekeeper to drive productivity, lead and develop the housekeeping team and take ownership for maintaining and enhancing Hotel standards, in our beautiful property in Busselton.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Achieving and exceeding guest service standards.
- Daily checking of guest rooms and designated staff areas to maintain standards.
- Assisting with cleaning of guest rooms, public areas and accommodation suites
- Training and development of employees.
- Assisting in maintaining budget and labour costs.

- Proven skills and experience in a similar position.
- Management, Organisational and general business skills.
- Excellent communication skills, great attitude and attention to details
- A great team player with the ability to work with a variety of people across various levels within the business.
- Proficient with Opera
- You will have the flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Part-time work with short shifts four to five days a week.
