About the role
Join our dynamic hotel team as a Houseperson, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in our busy hotel environment. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely delivery of supplies, assisting with guest requests, and contributing to the overall smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Take control of linen coming in to the hotel and correctly store in the linen pantries. 

• Maintain par levels of linen and assist with ordering of linen. 
• Maintain clean and functioning pantries and BOH areas across the hotel.
  Train and develop the teams to ensure high standards are always achieved. 
• Completing stock takes at the end of each month on guest amenities and mini bar items. 
• Ensure the storerooms are clean, well maintained and organised at all times.
• Operate machinery in a compliant and safe manner, whilst maintaining a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards.
• Adhere to all sanitation and chemical use guidelines.
  Dispose of waste as per the hotel and authority standards and Adhere to recycling guidelines.
• Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order.
