AddressTheirCare are looking for a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer to drive campaigns for over 400 service locations Australia wide!
At TheirCare we see graphic design as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable.
As part of a vibrant and fun Marketing team the Graphic Designer should be able to take written or spoken briefs and convert them into a design that connects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.

About The Role:
- This is a 3 day a week part-time position at our Head Office in Glen Iris, with some flexibility to work from home
- Report directly to the Marketing Manager
- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
- Ensure designs meet organisational standards and brand expectations, express ideas and represent the company accurately
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines whilst working on simultaneous projects
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize a wide range of materials that includes programming, web pages, presentations, marketing and communications collateral and materials, signage, newsletters.
- Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
- Update and maintain internal libraries of content for designs, photography, and video
Qualifications and Skills:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or similar
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- 3 or more years of experience (academic and/or professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
- Knowledge of or experience merging variable data with InDesign
- Working knowledge of WordPress and content management systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to continue building skill set with education and training
- Willingness to learn new processes and systems with an ever-growing company
- Can do attitude with excellent ability to work in a team and independently
- Video & Photography editing experience will be considered favourably
