Your new role
- Responsible for day-to-day HR administration including HRIS and practical support, that is given in a professional and timely manner.
- Support the executive team in managing underperformance; and provide sound employment legislation advice.
- Ensure the behaviours are aligned with the values and desired behaviours.
- Identify areas of people's risk throughout business.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven ability to lead contemporary and best practice HR projects and objectives.
- The ability to understand complex business concepts and align business with HR solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate throughout the business.
- Demonstrated high-level written communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, work independently and to use initiative and problem-solving skills
