HR Admin Contract

Your new company

You will be joining a business to business service organisations to join their HR team.

Your new role

  • Responsible for day-to-day HR administration including HRIS and practical support, that is given in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support the executive team in managing underperformance; and provide sound employment legislation advice.
  • Ensure the behaviours are aligned with the values and desired behaviours.
  • Identify areas of people's risk throughout business.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven ability to lead contemporary and best practice HR projects and objectives.
  • The ability to understand complex business concepts and align business with HR solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate throughout the business.
  • Demonstrated high-level written communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, work independently and to use initiative and problem-solving skills
