About the role
We're seeking a proactive Accounts Assistant and HR Admin Assistant with to join our team as we continue to grow.
In this role, you'll primarily support the finance function including account payable and receivable, in addition you will also support the Human Resources function with administration duties.
You'll have the opportunity to learn and develop in this newly created full-time position. Part time work would be considered for the right candidate.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing Accounts Payable by processing invoices and ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
- Handling Accounts Receivable duties, including invoicing and following up on outstanding payments.
- Assisting with weekly Payroll tasks.
- Supporting various accounting tasks such as reconciliations, journal processing, and maintaining the general ledger.
- Providing assistance with general HR administrative tasks as needed.
We're looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow within our company. To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- 1+ years of experience in finance or related field.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- A relevant qualification in accounting or finance is desirable.
