Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Brisbane. The HR Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources for our company, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and industry regulations
• Manage the casual staff roster including daily placement of workers 
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding
• Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture
• Manage performance appraisal processes and provide feedback to employees
• Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience or training in HR management, preferably in the labour hire or staffing industry
• Tertiary level qualification in a relevant HR discipline 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a similar role, within a similar industry
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong PC skills including email, word, excel, google suits and calendar
