Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Brisbane. The HR Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources for our company, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and industry regulations
- Manage the casual staff roster including daily placement of workers
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding
- Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture
- Manage performance appraisal processes and provide feedback to employees
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience or training in HR management, preferably in the labour hire or staffing industry
- Tertiary level qualification in a relevant HR discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar role, within a similar industry
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong PC skills including email, word, excel, google suits and calendar
