We have a great opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join our growing team. Responsibilities and duties are as followed but not limited to;
- Entering employment data into the company database
- Creating contracts and HR documentation as required
- Maintaining accurate employee documents and updating employees file records
- Setting up recruitment and training meetings and taking minutes
- Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations with Site Managers
- Manage and coordinate onboarding and offboarding process for employees
- Manage the HR Calendar and ensure HR cyclical activities are scheduled and carried out on time
- Assisting and supporting managers with the management of staff performance
- Managing RTW cases by working with case managers and staff members to achieve best possible outcome
- Coordinate and respond to general HR enquiries, escalating enquiries as needed
- Update HR/personnel files, HR documentation, relevant HR systems, policies and procedures
- Support and answer employees with their request for information relating to policies, or their employment
- Liaising with Payroll Officer and assisting higher-level HR staff
- Assisting with audits
To be successful with this application, you would have prior experience within a People and Culture or HR role, Competent computer skills- including Excel and Word, Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Time management.
Other requirements are as follows:
- Must have at least 1-2 year previous experience in a similar role
- An excellent work ethic and mindset
- Experiencing in building culture and implementing change
- Working in a high-pressure environment and the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting tasks
- Due to the number of sites and locations of our office, candidates MUST have a drivers license and access to a vehicle
