Form of workMansfield & Co are currently seeking a skilled, experienced and reliable HR Administrator for a 6 month temp assignment commencing 25th March.
Working as part of a friendly and supportive HR team, the initial focus of this role will be to provide general admin support as the business transitions to a new HRIS. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Inputting employee data into the HRIS
- Data management of changes to employees’ details
- Assisting with the preparation of training material
- Documenting processes
- Liaising with payroll to ensure accurate data entry of payroll information
- Being the point of contact for employee related forms
- Attending HR project and team meetings and documenting actions required
- Coordinating psychometric testing and pre-employment checks
- General HR and administration duties
The person we are seeking will possess recent HR administration experience, proficiency using HR systems, strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills and will enjoy working in a team environment.
