Job Summary:
As a Human Resources Adviser at Salt&Lime, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR processes and supporting our team's growth and development. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a difference in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Running Employment Hero, maintaining company information
- Direct liaison with Employment Innovations
- Point person for all staff in company
- Point person for information on FWA for employees and their managers
- Managing full onboarding of new staff including entry into system, maintenance of profile, and conducting full onboarding training and inductions
- Support with creation and maintenance of training schedules and videos
- Supporting with bonus letters and conversations
- Supporting with review letters/emails and conversations
- Management of EOY of mid-year review conversations
- Review question content and continued appropriateness
- Daily support to managers and ELT for ad hoc people management queries
- Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) regular schedule, and rollout of new initiatives or ad hoc items
- Up to date information on company policies, ensuring policies are robust and cover all scenarios for our business needs
- Development of new policies in conjunction with Employment Innovations
- Managing leave/compensation/benefits conversations and queries
- Managing rewards and Hero Dollar allocation, top-up
Your Profile:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR administration role.
- Immaculate attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
- Highly organised with excellent time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritise and manage a diverse workload.
- Exceptional communication skills; a background in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Formal qualifications in HR, Industrial Relations, or Law are highly regarded, but we also value diverse working experiences and encourage those with relevant exposure to employee matters to apply.
