Customer Service Officer

As our new Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via email and telephone. In your role, you will: 

• Sales administration, managing orders from PO to dispatch
• Provide customers with quotes and respond to customer requests and queries
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Support and contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Undertake training and continually work to develop product knowledge across a large range of products
• Other administrative tasks as required

What will you bring?

• 2 + years relevant experience in a Customer Service environment.
• Competent in digital systems and technology - MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• SAP and Salesforce experience highly regarded
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to and support Customer Service objectives
• Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Good level of written and verbal communication skills
• Mining or heavy industry experience highly regarded
