Better Bookkeeping Management are currently looking for a Human Resources Advisor to join our team. The key purpose of this position is to provide advice in all aspects of employee relations. The position will involve working with us and our clients to assist in a range of HR matters.

Key Responsibilities may include:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new employees following company guidelines.
- Support and assist with the development of initiatives to enhance culture and engagements.
- Support any performance reviews or annual salary review processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Acts, Awards, legal requirements, and ethical standards for varying industries.
Essential skills
- Tertiary-level qualification Human Resources or higher
- Understanding of employment legislation, including Fair Work Act and other legislation.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Systems. A passion to be part of a team that supports clients in the NDIS sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as an ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- An organised, reliable individual with outstanding attention to detail.
- A can-do attitude and a desire to grow professionally, all whilst helping others.
- Proven ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure.
Highly regarded but not essential
- Experience in HR administration and coordination.
- Experience working within the NDIS system.
