About the Role
As a HR Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of delivering top-tier HR guidance and support across the vibrant landscapes of Australia & New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for all HR enquiries.
- Providing advice and guidance on HR policies to a workforce of approximately 1700.
- Undertaking case management of employee relations issues.
- Administration of the HRIS system (Workday), handling transactions, data corrections, and more.
- Preparing employment agreements, policies, and procedures.
- Empower managers through coaching and training, ensuring seamless communication and interaction with their teams.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR optimization projects and initiatives.
- Assist your team leader in navigating EBA increases, month-end reports, and more.
Skills and Experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience using end to end HR Systems.
- HR Degree/Diploma desirable.
- Possess a deep understanding of the employee life cycle and Australian employment law.
- Master the arts of communication, negotiation, and consultation.
- Bonus points for your familiarity with Workday, Service Now, ADP, and other Workflow systems, as well as the MS Office suite.
