Your new role
In your new contract as HR Advisor, you will work closely with the HR Manager and will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's people and culture initiatives. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Handling day-to-day HR tasks, such as maintaining personnel records, updating databases, and preparing reports.
- Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Contributing to initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this job, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
- Knowledge of awards, employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a collaborative environment.
