Our team is growing, and we are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join our team in our Perth office.
About the role
- Build relationships with business leaders to deliver end to end services around core people functions, including performance management, remuneration & benefits, coaching & development, talent management, and talent acquisition.
- Work with the HR Function across the Ausenco group (in Australia and overseas) to develop attractive project conditions for employees mobilising to site.
- Provide effective HR advice, coaching and support to key stakeholders.
- Advise on employee relation matters and contemporary practices.
- Support the development and delivery of HR projects.
- Support the recruitment process.
- Ensure the annual performance reviews drive engagement and career development.
About you
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Advanced communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experience in similar industry is strong desired.
