About the role:We are seeking a Full Time permanent HR Advisor.
Reporting to the HR Team Leader, in this role you will be joining our collaborative, innovative and supportive People & Performance team providing strategic and generalist HR support to a portfolio of multiple businesses within the IntoWork Group.
With no two days ever the same, this role will see you partner with businesses to provide day-to-day HR support and advice to managers and employees concerning employee relations, performance management, leadership and capability, internal training, reporting, and HR policies & procedures. You will be the first point of contact for your portfolio of companies, and will be involved in providing strategic advice and assisting with internal investigations. In this role you will also influence and facilitate best practice HR principles, driving values and achievement-based culture change.
To be successful in this role:you will consider yourself driven, conscientious and hands-on, who brings with them considerable experience in developing high quality HR solutions to enable a business to achieve its key goals and objectives.
The successful candidate will have outstanding relationship building, coaching and influencing skills. You will also have a solutions-focused approach and deal with issues and change in a proactive, positive and dynamic way. You will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources and a minimum of 5 years' experience in an Human Resources role with 2-3 years' experience in a HR Business Partnering role.
Key areas of responsibility include:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through your strong communication skills and solution-focused approach
- Demonstrate strength in Employee Relations, supporting the leaders with negotiations and advice
- Oversee and manage your portfolio and provide HR advice, direction and consultation to the business in terms of policies, procedures, initiatives and strategies
- Partner with the HR team and Business Leaders across multiple states in all areas of HR including performance management, talent management, engagement and remuneration reviews
- Actively promote a positive and consultative HR style to the broader business
- Conduct workplace investigations and provide advice and support on these matters
- Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of training needs within the organisation focused on company policies, processes and improvement.
