AddressHybrid - 2 days WFH and 3 days office (Huntingwood)
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll be our talent magnet, finding the right folks to join our green team. Your role will be as diverse as our landscapes – from planting the seed with candidates to collaborating with our hiring managers.
What You'll Do:- Be the bridge that connects candidates and our team.
- Manage the entire recruitment journey, end to end (average 30 roles).
- Keep things flowing smoothly, even when things get busy throughout the growing season.
- Proactively source and screen Garden Labourers, Horticulturalists and Greenkeepers.
- Share your expertise with Hiring Managers, helping them recruit smarter and more efficiently.
- Play a pivotal role as our business evolves during a merge, helping us cultivate fresh ways of working.
- Use LiveHire, our ATS, to make the process smooth and seamless.
- A passion for people and a sense of spotting potential.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment.
- Be familiar with an ATS, preferably LiveHire.
- Your communication skills can turn a chat into a connection.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability – find comfort in change.
