No two days or two weeks are ever the same. From building relationships with clients, attending client events, and working on-site with them, your job is to provide tailored HR advice and support in delivering HR best practices. As a team, we work together to support our clients with all our services. 

Some examples of what we do with our clients are:

• We take our clients from good to great as per the iconic Management book ‘Good to Great’ by Jim Collins
• We are the go-to company to help businesses with all people-related queries and issues
• We provide sound HR advice and support on all matters including award and legislation interpretation, Fair Work claims and other IR matters
• We provide administration support by providing documentation relating to an employee’s lifecycle such as employment contracts, HR policies and processes, position descriptions and much more
• We offer end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of employees
• We provide support on performance issues including working with the owner or manager to help them manage their staff
• We offer HR and Payroll Audits including running our client’s payroll
• We assist with people and culture strategies, training and inductions, and motivation and we love to empower leaders
• We offer employer and staff engagement surveys, that help link strategy to action
• We support and educate our clients on changes that come into effect from Fair Work and OH&S/ WHS obligations such as Positive Duty

You may be working in the KBA office one day, and the following, you may be at a client site, so you will need a current and valid Victorian Driver’s Licence.

 Who are we looking for?

• Minimum of 5 years previous experience in Human Resources or a similar role
• Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources or a similar discipline
• Your interpersonal and communication skills are top-notch
• You are confident with the ability to explain complex queries
• Your attention to detail is laser-sharp and you have strong planning and time management skills
• You’re not bothered with the administration side of the job
• You have a collaborative style of working as one team to achieve good results  
• Comfortable working with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll systems
• Proven experience in achieving targets and driven to achieve KPIs
• Experience using Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel and Outlook
