What you'll be doing…
As the Quad Care Human Resources and Quality Manager you will be responsible for the oversight and management of HR and Quality practices, policies and procedures. You will work alongside, people and culture, service and general management positions to lead a powerhouse integrated team of people with integrity, transparency and reliability.
You will develop and maintain the organisations registration and compliance and drive best practice. If something needs change and development, the HR and Quality Manager not only get’s in and makes that happen but executes the efficient rollout of those changes seamlessly on the frontline.

Where and how you'll be doing it…
The HR and Quality Manager is a 60/40 WFH split, negotiable pending the qualifications of the applicant. You will be provided with everything you need to do your job well and safely from home and on site as required.
