Due to an increase in workload, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. This is a full-time permanent role commencing asap.
About the Position
- Act as a trusted partner to managers, providing guidance and support on employee relations matters, performance management, disciplinary actions, and other HR-related issues;
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives;
- Conduct investigations and risk assessments as required, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees;
- Assist in the development and delivery of HR policies, procedures, and programs that promote a positive and inclusive work environment;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations; and
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR best practices, enabling them to effectively manage their teams and drive performance.
About U
- Previous HR experience in a similar role;
- Relevant tertiary qualifications;
- Solid knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices;
- Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and investigations;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels;
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively; and
- Ability to travel occasionally across multiple sites in Sydney
