You will be working for a national media agency which is known for their high-quality content, including news, entertainment, and educational programs.
Your new role
- In this national role, you will be supporting a large business unit of over 2,000 employees.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and develop HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions for employees and managers.
- Handle employee enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience working in a unionised environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
