A much loved Australian brand, this large employer is embarking on an exciting phase in its history and is looking for a senior HR Business Partner with deep transformation experience to join their team.Working as part of a national team, the role is focused on People & Culture transformational change, including behavioural & cultural changes, role responsibility changes, organisational design, reporting lines & restructuring of the operating and service delivery models. This role will provide consultative and advisory services to senior and frontline leaders, driving and leading a large-scale, high-impact people change program.Key to your success in this role will be your experience in an HR Business Partnering role, with exposure to large-scale organisational change in a customer-centric environment. Additionally, you will demonstrate:
- Demonstrable experience in coaching and partnering with leaders and the broader HR team;
- Exposure to restructuring, workplace transitions, organisational change, and transformation;
- Experience with EBA’s, industrial and employee relations;
- Experience with internal communications, letter drafting, project coordination;
- Comfortable working within complex environments where there are conflicting priorities
- Exceptional stakeholder management experience and influencing skills at all levels; and
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
