Our client, a Female Australian Fashion Retailer is looking for a commercially aware, HR Business Partner to join the team/business into 2024 and beyond.
Highly successful with stores nationally, this retailer is an international brand that is currently opening new stores across AUS, NZ, USA & UK.
Reporting to the Head of HR and a dotted line to the Global Head Office, you will oversee HR Business functions for the business; with the HR team.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Previous HR Business Partner or Advisor experience.
- Current or previous experience within a HR Retail environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exposure within Talent Acquisition Projects and the Talent Management Life Cycle such as Onboarding, Induction Planning and delivery, Probation Reviews, Performance Reviews, Development Planning and Succession Planning.
- Solid understanding of current OH&S legislation.
- Attention to detail with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Developing and rolling out of company values.
- Experienced in working with senior management teams around performance improvement plans and end of probation conversations.
- Employee Relations experience such as policy reviews and development, disciplinary process implementation other HR compliance matters.
