Hr Business Partner

Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas:
This role is focused on day-to-day operations- hands-on Business Partnering with Managers across the business, providing HR guidance and support in day-to-day operations, coaching, and performance management. There will be a focus on employee & industrial relations, performance management, and building capabilities. You will do this through facilitating workshops, day-to-day coaching with key leaders, and driving continuous improvement projects.
  
This role is a good mix of HR operations (ER/PM), HR projects- change/ transformation and partnering- working with key managers, coaching, developing, and building capability.
   
Suited to an HR Professional who;

• Is experienced in and enjoys HR operations, coaching to build capability, and driving HR projects.
• Experienced in navigating compliance requirements, employee relations issues, and performance management in a regulated environment.
• Has experience in driving HR projects and change initiatives.
