This is a key role within the company and will need someone with a broad HR skillset who has a hands-on approach. This position will experience a great deal of variety and autonomy along with the execution of a variety of projects related to employee engagement, workplace culture, leadership development and capability.
THE POSITION…
This is a true HR Generalist position that will partner with Leaders and Managers and provide well rounded end to end HR support that will also drive a number of capability and engagement initiatives across the business. This position has a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to; recruitment, induction and onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, HR administration and HR business partnering.
DAY TO DAY…
This role will maintain the service mentality that they have within the HR function to employees and managers including the provision of support in the following areas:
- Assist Hiring Managers with the end-to-end recruitment process
- Manage the onboarding and induction process
- Provide HR business partnering advice to Managers and Leaders by providing advice and coaching on various IR and ER matters
- Provide HR services to the employees and being the first point of call for all HR matters
- Update HR policies and provide advice on the same
- Ensure the company is compliant with all HR matters
- Manage the employee learning and development function
- Maintain accurate employee records and data
- Assist managers with the employee performance management and succession plan process
- Complete all HR administrative tasks, including maintaining HR databases, generating employment contracts, and managing HR-related documentation.
- Assist and execute various employee engagement initiatives including newsletters, surveys , benefit reviews and culture development.
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist who has proven experience across all things HR. It is imperative that we have someone who has worked in the professional services or corporate sector who has an amazing service and stakeholder engagement mentality.

- Experience working in a HR generalist and willingness to work in a hands on role
- A professional who prides themselves on their service standards
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources or business-related qualification
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR practices, policies and procedures
- Experience with organisation and learning and development principles
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding practices
- High level administrative capabilities and organisational skills
- Strong computer literacy with experience in reporting and record keeping
