YOUR NEW ROLE
Reporting into the HR Manager, you will support the HR Manager in the delivery of a full range of HR activities with a primary focus on the Retail business unit.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and practices
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of staff
- Assist with core HR processes including salary reviews, performance review processes and salary benchmarking
- Provide sound and practical advice to line manager on employee relations matters including disciplinary matters ensuring compliance with policy and best practice
- Liaise with the HSW team as required
- Ad hoc HR projects as they arise
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Holds tertiary qualifications in the area of Human Resources or related field
- Previous Human Resource recruitment experience
- Demonstrated experience in the development of policies and procedures
- Experience in workplace health and safety either as a main function or as part of a broader role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This role is initially a 6-month fixed term role – with strong chance of extension.
This role is 100% onsite and paying $90,000 (inclusive).
