HR Coordinator/Recruiter for a short-term contract with an
Immediate Start. Strong focus on recruitment!
Key Responsibilities:- Manage blue collar end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Assist with HR administration tasks, such as drafting contracts, onboarding new employees, and managing basic HR queries
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment
- Utilize strong Excel skills to analyze and manage recruitment data effectively.
- Travel to regional sites as required, ensuring a seamless recruitment and onboarding process (reimbursed)
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and engagement
Requirements:- Strong Excel skills with the ability to work with data and generate reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to regional sites as needed.
- Enthusiasm for HR and a desire to learn and grow within the field
