The primary purpose of the HR Analyst position is to act as a specialist on workforce reporting and analytics for FRV. This role will provide reports, and analyse workforce data, to deliver data-driven workforce insights using multiple platforms (such as PayGlobal, SAP and Power BI). The Analyst will use Data and analytical expertise to underpin strategic workforce planning, development of workforce reporting; and delivery of ad-hoc reporting to support operational workforce management. The Analyst will also actively support the implementation of new data management systems and processes.

About the Role
This position will be responsible for generating, integrating and cleansing data to deliver packages of workforce intelligence, including forecasting workforce supply, demand and demographics. The Analyst will combine data-driven analytics with strategic thinking to identify and articulate into workforce opportunities and risks.
What you will need to Succeed
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- A degree or qualification in Data Analytics, Business or Human Resources will be well regarded.
- Record of achievement in designing and implementing data reporting and analytics solutions with SAP and Power BI.
- Significant experience in drawing data-driven insights to design solutions to complex issues.
- Significant experience in integration of multiple data sets including data cleansing and quality assurance.

FRV’s standard practice is to appoint at the base of the salary range, however consideration will be given to an above base salary within the advertised range based on the successful candidate’s skills and experience.
