Job description

What's the role?
As our HR Data Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining HR data accuracy and integrity. You will be responsible for collecting, organising, and analysing various HR-related data sets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the broader HR teams, IT, and other stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance data quality.
  • Gather HR-related data from various sources, such as HRIS, payroll systems, and employee records.
Enter and update employee information accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure data consistency and integrity across multiple platforms.
Regularly review and audit HR data to identify discrepancies or errors.
Develop and implement procedures for data validation and cleanup.
Work closely with HR team members to address data discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Generate regular and ad hoc reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, headcount analysis, and diversity statistics.
Analyse data trends and provide insights to HR.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR data management processes and enhance efficiency.
Who are you?
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience working in HR data management or a related role.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms preferably Workday and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
