Role Description & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with and coach managers and employees on human resources matters such as:
- Provide performance improvement plan coaching, implementation and monitoring
- Coach new managers and leaders on management processes & performance of their teams
- Collaborate with Organization & Business Partners and GEO People & Organization Partners on topics related to career development, performance and retention initiatives and the execution of the People Master Plan.
- On Career development:
- Provide guidance to managers and employees to support them in their career development objective by:
- Collaborate with Managers to identify potential gaps in term of skills or performance in their organization and partner with Learn & Grow to implement effective employee and manager development initiatives
- Support managers and employees in the definition of their career development action plan and provide ideas to implement
- Support managers and employees in the definition of their career development action plan and provide ideas to implement
- Conduct the onboarding & off boarding procedures in alliance with the HR- PVS team.
- Global & GEO related projects & initiatives:-
We, contribute to the design, implementation and management of Global/Local Programs in term of Career development,
Performance management and Reward & Recognition.- Review and update Knowledge Base to increase knowledge, develop FAQs and deliver webinars
- Develop and implement trainings, manuals, policies and procedures.
- Review and update internal processes
- Work on Local/Global projects & towards Equal Employment Opportunity Gender, Diversity & Equity.
