An iconic retail brand on St Kilda Road currently seeking an HR Advisor to join their team.
This role would suit someone with a proven track record in HR and a passion for driving positive change within a global brand.
The HR Advisor will provide strategic support to internal business stakeholders in talent and capability planning, change management, and offer specialized HR advice on people-related matters. They will collaborate with the business to foster the growth of people leaders, focusing on performance and development, coaching, and well-being.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria
- Hold qualifications in Human Resources (or a related discipline) with HR experience, preferably in the retail, consumer goods, or supply chain industry.
- Have a strong track record of partnering and engaging with Leadership Teams to drive positive outcomes for your client group.
- Possess knowledge and experience in organizational development and change management.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced team and supporting a dynamic business. Your ability to prioritize and manage timelines will be crucial to your success.
- Be an excellent communicator to enhance your ability to influence and build credibility and trust with senior stakeholders while fostering ongoing relationships with your client group.
