Woorayl Lodge is currently seeking a self-motivated and resourceful HR Manager to join the Administration team.
As HR Manager, you will play the crucial role of overseeing all human resource functions for our organisation. Your role will include day-to-day HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding and performance management, contract and position description reviews, managing our work cover program, leading conflict resolution meetings, handling disciplinary procedures and promoting employee engaging initiatives and recognition programs.
A good knowledge of the Enterprise Agreement and previous experience is essential.
