Our client, a highly successful and well-established CBD Law Firm, now have an exciting career opportunity for a talented HR/Office Manager to join their genuinely collegiate and collaborative team.
Reporting directly to the Managing Principals you will take control of the firm's HR and office management functions and ensure the continued and smooth operations of the busy Practice.
Some of your duties will include...
- recruitment, induction, training and probation monitoring
- day-to-day management of support staff
- monitor relevant Awards / Contracts / Legislation
- maintain compliance and best practice OH&S
- liaise with building management regarding facilities
- maintain / update policies and procedures
- attend Partner meetings
- day-to-day management of practice operations
- monitor and coordinate CPD requirements
- oversee Marketing Coordinator and attend marketing meetings
- maintain office furniture and equipment as well as user accounts and logins
Previous experience as a HR / Office Manager in legal (or professional services) is essential. Additionally you will have:-
- ability to liaise effectively at all levels and build strong working relationships
- Advanced MS Office Skills
- excellent time management and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- strong analytical and problem solving skills
As an experienced HR/Office Manager, you'll know these roles don't come up too often and although the responsibilities here are not 'rare' the office/culture you will be inheriting genuinely is!
