What you'll be doing
A boutique Property Development business based in Cremorne are looking for an HR Manager to join their team.
As the HR Manager, this person will be based in the office 5 days per week. This is a generalist role, where the HR Manager will report into a Head of HR. They will manage one person as well as manage all aspects of HR.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria
- Experience in property beneficial
- 4 + years in an HR Generalist role
- Experience in a small business (50+ staff)
- Ability to have tough conversations
- Resilience
- Experience with inductions & annual reviews
