The Local Government Finance Authority of South Australia (LGFA), proudly provides financial services to South Australian Councils and Local Government Bodies. They are seeking an Executive Assistant to join their small high performing team.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be professional operator with exceptional customer service skills who demonstrates a high level of integrity within your day to day work. You will have an ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders, while supporting the executive team in the optimal delivery of key functions with a view a improve businesses processes.

The core functions of this role include:
- General diary management of CEO and Executive Team
- Preparation of agendas for Board meetings, Annual General Meeting and other committee meetings
- Preparation and co-ordination of Annual Report
- Co-ordination of LGFA election process
- Maintenance of key Policies, documents and Policy Register
- Preparation of loan documentation
- Co-ordination of council visitation program
- Co-ordination of marketing program
- Management of the social media profile
- Management of website and the introduction of an internal intranet
- Customer records management via salesforce
- Other general office duties such as ordering supplies and catering etc.
- Provide support and backup to other team members when required
To be successful you will need:
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a related role. (essential)
- High-level of flexibility to meet rapidly changing priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and exceptional organisation time management
- Experience with report writing, creating, drafting and editing correspondence, documents and presentations
- Ability to work well within a collaborative team environment
- Proven high level administration and executive assistance experience
- Local Government Experience is highly regarded
