Reporting directly to the Group General Manager & Group Financial Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our HR processes and overseeing all aspects of HR administration, including the management of the time and attendance system (TANDA) and processing payroll to ensure weekly compliance. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire employee life cycle, collaborating with the people managers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for their teams. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders and contribute to the success of the portfolio.
Seeking a true HR generalist with previous experience in time and attendance payroll/pay run processes, who thrives in a collaborative team environment. Your role will also involve providing general admin support to the finance team, assisting with day-to-day tasks as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Be an expert in TANDA.
- Demonstrated experience in HR and payroll administration, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
- Familiarity with MYOB is a bonus.
- Strong knowledge of ER legislation and compliance.
- Solution-focused mindset with the ability to balance value-add activities and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
