Due to unprecedented growth, we are seeking the expertise of a HR/Recruitment Officer Career to join the DGE team.
The role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and deliver quality hires to the business. The recruitment process is focused on quality over quantity and focuses on end-to-end recruitment process with strong use of technology.
Duties include but not limited too.
- End to end recruitment including creating job adverts, shorting listing, and interviews.
- HR support to Management and various team leaders
- Supporting Managers with performance reviews
- Onboarding and offboarding staff members via ASSIGNAR system
- Salary reviews
- Generating employment offers
- Referencing checking
- Providing ongoing support to the Senior DGE Management Team
- Process improvement.
- Employee record keeping
To be successful in this role, you will be Degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years hands on experience in a similar role.
